Since the airbox doesn't have a separate lid, would you have to dismantle the thing almost completely to access the filter?

I had to choose between the title or the spare. Should of held out for the skid plate.

I can’t like this. But you must be a better person than me. I would be livid. To have both mine and the wife’s vehicle damaged. Sorry for your troubles. Good luck.

I would only have to loosen the clamp at the airbox. There is enough "give" at the coupler to remove the filter at this point.

I'm most concerned with the scoop install. At a glance it looks like it may over the radiator cap. But, it's such a simple on/off it may not concern me. I'll note more when I take a closer look tomorrow.

It's been well researched that performance gains dont exist here. To me, it was a cosmetic and audible upgrade. I found the aFe under $300, so pulled the trigger. Not everyone's brand if Vodka.

Installed these 2-ways in the access cab doors. Can't find the box for the same set of 3-ways I installed in the front doors.

Yep, weird. I was gonna say I’m no snowflake...I’m a coonass then I figured I would hurt someone’s feelings. Oh well. But you know the real deal.

Coolant replacement happens once every 5-6 years. Filter cleaning might be more frequent depending on how dusty your trails are.

Can anyone upload sound bite after replacing the OEM breather with the aFe?

Drove an hr out to XO Fab in Enumclaw WA today to pick up a slider kit that I bought for $160 on Black Friday. I am going to weld the tubing and paint or powdercoat.

Before jumping on this deal I couldn't find 1 3/4 x .120 dom tubing 80" for anywhere close to this price.

I'm a beginner diy. Cant to see how this turns out.
