Not exactly lighting, but figured there were enough electrical savvy folks in here to know the answer. I have the inverter wired for 400w anytime usage. However, what I am trying to figure out is if there is a way to "short" out the switch so it automatically powers up the inverter when starting the truck? I have outlets run to the back charging items and sometimes forget to turn the switch back on after gassing up or stopping on long trips.

Thanks, open to cons for this as well but there doesn't appear to be any.

Thank you. I am no electrical engineer or electrician for that matter. It looks like what you posted is to add a parallel relay from the ign+ (G-B) and ground then tie both into the Lime Green on the back side of the switch that go to the inverted. Am I close?

Close... the Green with black runner is the "control" wire to the Inverter to power ON. The relay by-passes the switch, so always on with IGN ON, but you get indication on the switch that it's ON. It'll shut off when vehicles is off...

The Green with Black runner "tells" the inverter to power ON via REDR this makes IND- bulb illuminate and grounds the relay coil to allow power to travel to Inverter.
