crazy a/c and electrical issues

I am having crazy issues with my tacoma. It's a 2012 tacoma 4x4 supercharged with 76,000 miles. I bought it about 4 months ago and problems keep stacking up. It had a twisted drive shaft, no TPS sensors in wheels, and various other minor issues. I'm certain previous owner rallied the p*ss out of it and Toyota of Deland FL sold it to me with these issues.
My brake/anti-slip,ABS light comes on randomly and stays on until truck sits for an HR and then I drive 1 block
My ac light blinks and pumps warm air, I replaced relay, pick up sensor, amplifier and had vacuumed/recharged but no change. I don't believe compressor is seized.
Now tonight I found horn isn't working anymore. Changed relay checked fuses and are fine. Still nothing.
I had none of these electrical issues when purchased and have no idea what to do next. Stupid me said no, I don't need a warranty. It's a 7 year old tacoma with 75,000 miles. It should be bulletproof. I've been driving tacoma 20 yrs and never had a real issue other than the frame of my 2004 rust and snapping in half but that's another story. Anyone else have anything like this? Any ideas?

Can't help much without getting the OBDII code read.

When the AC light is blinking the compressor has been turned off. It could be a defective compressor clutch which is fairly common.

Spiral cable is defective most likely. Try turning the steering wheel and blowing the horn at the same time. If it intermittently blows it is definitely the spiral cable.
