    I'm wanting to replace the color of my instrument cluster lighting on my '05 prerunner. Do any owners of this 2nd.gen know if the lighting is actually a bulb, or a soldered in chip, before I tear into this job ?

    They are LED's. There is a couple of guys on this forum that'll change yours for you and I think I saw a write up on it too.
