    Definitely a thing that weapon color be at LEAST a neutral color. Police follow this, for that reason and if you’re a ccw user and there’s no restriction by your county it is sound advise not to have at least a non-factory color and for sure none of those punisher or don’t tread on me moto accessories. A prosecution will change a narrative so far to left just to get a win. They do not care if it’s a legit basis. Even if you win a criminal case, you can be sued in civil case by the family of the slain.

    I’m not a lawyer, but I distinctly remember from my CCW class that this statement isn’t true for all states. It’s true in Ohio, but not in Kentucky. In Kentucky, if you shoot someone in self defense and win in a criminal case or not be charged because self defense was evident, you cannot be held liable in a civil case as a result of the self defense. Wish all states were that way, as it just makes common sense to me.
