Yeah it looks like a wheel bearing service would be a good place to start

OEM or Koyo or Timken or SKF, sometimes National and InterNational will put their own box on one of those good bearings. So if you go to the store, open and look at the manufacturer on the part. If you're gonna order online, that's what I would do-should be cheaper and high quality, just make sure it's one of the good bearing makers

Have you already replaced the ball joints or anything else down there? Might be a nice time to do it while having it torn down for the bearings.
Your steering wheel wiggles? Like the steering wheel is affected by the play/movement going on at the hub/wheel?

To reiterate what cruiserguy has said, use OEM, Koyo, Timken or SKF. I would steer away from National. I replaced both front wheel bearing with Nationals, and one already had play in it with in less than 10k miles.

Thanks for the input on your experience with them. I agree with you. I had heard that sometimes those cheaper companies would use a better makers part and just rebox it. Apparently the National ones for the tacos aren't the good ones. They should have the actual manufacturer engraved or stamped somewhere.
Were the National bearings you installed made in China? National might just rebrand a bunch of Chinese parts. I don't remember off hand

Honestly, I’m not sure, I never inspected the bearings closely and I didn’t install them myself (second mistake). I picked up the bearings at O’reillys because I was in a bind and needed the truck back up and running ASAP.
