The Toyota sombrero hat/emblem

I'm going to change up my truck's grille quite a bit so I thought why not change the Toyota emblem too. I've seen the Toyota emblem with the devil's horns on TW but what do you think of this one? I like it a lot and I'll be making one like this either way - "cowboy style" as Kid Rock would say.
