How to adapt USB and GPS connections into a 2014 stereo?

I’m still struggling with this upgrade... 2014 entune stereo into my 2012. I have the stereo mounted and the adapter for the steering wheel controls (20/28 pin adapter) is in the mail. I just have a few questions for anyone that might know what I’m talking about...
First, I think the USB connection is the square-shaped plug? If it’s what I’m thinking of, it’s the only one that has that clear little square inside the connection. How can I adapt that plug to fit the new stereo? It’s shape is slightly off from that of the original stereo and doesn’t want to plug in.
Second, will the wiring harness I ordered allow the stock microphone to work? I’m not quite sure which connection houses the microphone, but it’s important that I get it set up for some reason.
Finally, where could I find a cheap gps antenna that would fit the stereo? I have no gps antenna in my 2012 (that I know of, at least), and would like to have access to the traffic/weather features.
Any answers are greatly appreciated and very helpful!

Below I have pictures of the plug from my 2012, and the port on the 2014 stereo. How can I keep the factory USB port in my dash and make it work with the new stereo ?97B66F98-D01E-446C-AE58-66E1358CBB57.jpg 57692165-5041-4E57-9D4B-4EF74AA2EAA2.jpg

I'm going to say you are going to need a specialty adapter which handles that stuff.
