    Its got 40 more degrees to climb internally... ive got the smoker at 250 now since I wrapped the brisket flat into some peach butcher paper. Probably a few more hours and ill be set

    True. I'll do all-nighters, too. Superbowl in 2017 I started the smoker at around midnight to have it ready by lunch.

    Yeah I wish I could... i meant to put it in the smoker at 8am but work got in the way and it didnt go on until 11... luckily its just a flat :)

    I think since I have the next 2 weeks off, i am gonna get and smoke a full brisket... these 2 teenage boys here can eat a whole heck of a lot.

    It's ok not my best by far but has a great flavor. Flat is to dry. Make a lot of chop beef.
    It was worth a shot on a pellet pooper but I’m gonna use my stick burners on briskets from now on

    If the truck was for strictly daytime/offroad use I could agree. For an adventure vehicle I would want better light output in case I got stuck out in the dark on public roads/towns and didnt want to feel the need to compensate poor headlight output with offroad lights and risk a ticket.

    In the country I use my BD lights to see the sides of the road. My tb headlights are unsafe over 50 mph in the country.
