Side mirror gen swap

    A few members and I will curious if it would be possible to replace existing exterior side mirrors with 3rd GEN Taco side mirrors?(reason: 3rd GEN exterior side mirrors come with the following extra features heated, power folding, blind spot function and can easily add puddle pods).

    Or 2.5 gen mirrors with with later 2nd gen mirrors? (Reason: turn signals, etc.)

    Wondering if this would be worthwhile if achievable.
