I was just saying If that Tacoma needed nothing and had 159k I bet they’d be asking $9k + TTL.

All the original, tranny, motor, diff seals etc. I would do the tbelt every 90k and all the front seals and vc gaskets so they never leaked. That truck was the best.

    I can agree with that.

Well I decided to buy it. They wouldn't go down on price because they had at least three more people wanting to see it, plus people calling from out of state.

Yes, they did provide a carfax. It had two owners and lived in Texas the entire time. No accidents reported and had some service records. It still had to original window sticker in the glove box, but no documents of service unfortunately.

The leaks looked like it could be from an improper torque on the fill bolts. Then looked like a leak at where the transmission mounts with the engine. Like @Rock Lobster said, the paint wasn't pristine, it had some fading and chips, but I'll touch it up, and then eventually truck bed line the truck. I’m going to do the basic once I get back home Saturday, starting with fluids, timing belt and such, fuel filter, and couple other things. Might just have to start a build thread, I’m excited for this one.

    Thanks everyone for your input.

Congrats, it just needs a good detail and a bit of TLC. At least you’ll know what’s been done once you start on maintenance.

Not gonna lie before I saw your post I had thought about maybe going and checking it out myself lol. It’s only about 30-40mins from my house.
