    Yes sir.
I’ve also taken a 30gallon trashcan and burnt the galvanized off of it, drive a stake into ground and stab a turkey on it, put can over it and load with coals. One big ass Dutch oven

Running the risk of a dirtbird there, though, if he cooks enough to slide down the stake.

No lay foil on ground, cover stake with foil, put an onion on top of stake. Was just keeping it short but coals pound per pound of bird. When coals are out bird is done

There’s about a thousand other stores that carry them... typically any grocery store.

And this brand is a suitable replacement.

I didn't plan on it, but I somehow made this week 'slow cooker week' at the house. Menu plan for the week worked out to be baked beans yesterday, chicken today, potato soup tomorrow, and chili Thursday. Friday will be leftovers :notsure:

A double crockpot cook... Squirrel cooked all day yesterday on low, and I made some gravy and added it and chicken broth back to the pulled meat and made some dough for the dumplings. Its on high right now with me at work for lunch.

So I'm thinking about getting a chuck roast and tying it up nice and doing a "poor man's" prime rib. Ive got my crockpot half full of water and the lid on and its on low and holding 125°... Sounds perfect for an ~18 hour sous vide cook right?

I'm sure there will be a video in it sometime but ill let talk know shortly after I find out for sure. 125° should be perfectly rare right? I figured 18-24 hours should have it good and tender and then just a nice sear with a blow torch or heat gun or something
