2nd Gen Bed Rails

I'm rocking a second gen Tacoma and have been wheeling and ground camping for a while, pretty sick of setting up a tent and sleeping on the ground. Through research, I realize this is a pretty tall order, but I am looking for a bed rail system with the following traits, in order of importance:

-Mid Level
-Capable of supporting a rooftop tent
-Mounting options on the sides for; MaxTrax, Shovel, Axe, Hi-Lift
-Tubular design

I haven't found anything that fits all of these, if you know of anything that fits these please shout it out, if not do you know of any that fit most of these categories?
