Intermittent HID?S Help

So I installed the hi/lo HID kit from DDM tuning about 5 months ago. They've been great, until last night. Turn them on, and nothing! Check all the connections. All good.

So I start driving home, with my fogs on. About 3 minutes later, the HID's kick on... work fine the whole way home.

Now, they wont come on when I turn them on. I have to leave them on for about 3-4 minutes. Then they kick on?

Bad relay? Im using the relay kit?
