    Little bit. Thanks for asking. Still coughing pretty hard but much less intensity than before. Was able to sleep in an actual bed instead of the recliner.

    kind of pissed at Dish
    network. they dropped one of my local channels and now ION TV. with contract disputes. thats where i get all my Bluebloods and Chicago PD. shows at.better get their house in order or im switching to a different dish co.

    Neti pot to the rescue . My Mom turned me onto this . Flush all the junk out feel amazing when done . No pain involved at all. Helps me get over head colds relatively quickly

    Bovine flatulence

    Wife is feeling better, 24 hour bug I guess.
    I had a flu shot, she won't get one.

    I do the sinus rinse as well but it only gets the lower sinus, I use a water based nasal spray after that.
