All this pressure before the holidays but in the total scheme of this, this is such small potatoes. The body shop called today. So far, just by looking at things before they start taking everything apart, it looks like there is over $12,000 dollars worth of damage (so far). What a mess, but like I said, in the total scheme of things, this is pretty insignificant.

 

Finally got around to the most basic mods... Next is a viper Ds4+bluetooth, going in on monday!necomin

 

Bedlights installed today; inexpensive eight unit, eight LED/unit set. Makes loading and unloading camera gear at night much, much easier!


Wired up to a pin-switch so they're instant-on when I open the tailgate. I also added an interrupt switch (the blue one near the bottom of the pillar) so that I can turn them off with the tailgate open if I want.

 

Put some of these under your truck by the tires. They kill every mouse in the neighborhood, they take the bait back to their little rodent families

Slapped the Meso Turn Signals on just before dark. Much brighter than OEM and looks nice too! They seem really well built. For $100 they're pretty spendy but all in all I think its a worthwhile modification if you're looking to increase safety and style at the same time.

Installed @mattgecko Cool white LED bed lights. Simple install. Great PNP kit. Super stoked with how it came out.

I did the same. Also swapped out the license plate lights.

 

Yes, the resolution looks like 640x480 resolution which is what computer monitors were at over 10yrs ago. I'm disappointed in the resolution of the OEM rear camera in my 2017 Taco, it is not much better. My 2017 Kia Forte5 has a higher resolution for $10,000 less.

 

I must say this POS Jeep we are renting has better resolution than 3rd gen Taco.
