    Hi- this is occurring on my 2002 Tacoma 3.4l with 190k miles. The sound only occurs when idling in gear and at very low rpm. Does seem to match engine rpm and only occurs when warm. In the video, the sounds goes away when shifted into park.

    the sound really isn’t very audible outside and primarily heard in the cabin.

    hope it’s not an engine bearing!
