I've only had my General Grabber ATX's for just over 5,000 miles. First 5,000 miles I experienced no shakes. Just had my tires rotated and balanced and now I get intermittent shaking at 50 mph+. I got an alignment thinking this was the issue but shake is still present. I have 4Runner wheels. I bought my tires from Discount and had them do the free rotate and balance. I have read that the Heweka adapter may be necessary, is this the case for these wheels? Should I call Discount and ask if they could re-balance them? Or, could it likely be something else wrong?

Sounds like a balance problem. Have you checked to see if wear is even, feathering/cupping at all.

Yeah, tires look brand new. Taking back to Discount Tire today to have them re-balance. Hopefully that helps. Some of my wheels have a lot more weight than others, that may be throwing it off as well.

Seems the re-balance solved issue. Apparently front left wheel was out of balance. A weight probably fell off, or hasty worker the first time.

road force balancing for the win! had a similar vibration on my 2500 sierra with grabbers. roadforce balanced tires, all but, one spec'd out. went through 4 replacements trying to get the last tire wheel combo to balance. never got there. became frustrated, sold the tires, went with cooper discoverer at3's, first balance, no vibrations. i will not even try another general grabber now. my .02, Ski

Bigger tires with more aggressive tread are always a pain in the ass, I had a lifted blazer with walmart mudders and that thing was terrifying on the highway.
