Hello!! I happily traded in my Fiat for a Tacoma in October. By the way, if you know anyone who is thinking about getting a Fiat, you should let them know that, while the cars are affordable, repairs are VERY expensive. My Fiat had less than 25k miles on the odometer, and I had to replace the AC compressor, which cost nearly $3000. So, I ditched the car and got a truck!

My Tacoma is a 2016 TRD Sport (access cab) in "midnight black." It's my first truck, but I've been wanting one for some time for the house. We also plan on buying a popup camper in the next couple of years, and we'll need a truck for that. After driving it for a couple of months, I absolutely love my truck. The Tacoma is a really fun truck to drive, comfy, and just a great vehicle. I've even taken it camping already. :)

We also have a 100lb Labrador, Sagan (AKA Brisket) He's not fat, just a really big boy.

I played around with the access cab to make it more dog-friendly. There's a platform bridge by DogShell that works great in an access cab because it has boards, and it creates an even surface in the back so our dog doesn't have to lay on that hard console. I also got some folding steps to help him because the truck is a bit high off the ground, and the steps fold up neatly and store under the platform.

And more on the "I love my Tacoma," I decorated it with holiday lights yesterday since it has the outlet in the bed, and it's amazing.

Thank you. He won't use the steps to exit, but we're working on that. For now, I at least don't have to hoist him up into the truck anymore.
