Prinsu is a pretty popular (but expensive) brand. Most racks (Yakima etc...) will do what you're asking, just depends on the mounts.

I've seen several threads on roof racks, just do a search (upper right corner) and you should find a ton.

I wonder if that truck has ever been off road...

Check this site out. With enough searching through their site, I'm sure you can put together a system for your exact needs.

I think the rack on that truck is Front Runner. If I’m wrong someone will correct me. They always do!

    4 run, 2 don't
    Where are you located?

I ask because if you're in CA, there's a fabricator I can suggest you to go see.

He built a rack for someone that matched the height of the rack he built on someone's camper shell.

    Looked damn good

Those are front runner racks (plural) on that truck. If you wanted that exact setup:

    It’s @DefconBrix ‘s old truck btw.

As an aside there is no such thing as one rack that extends over the cab and bed of the truck. Both parts of the truck move independently of each other when the truck flexes and the body bushings move so you want two separate racks for each portion.

Go to your local junk yard, pull the roof rack off a gen 3 4Runner, and cut to size.
