I think I know the answer to this, but...

Is it possible to adjust the height of the High and Low Beams separately?

Purchased my 2016 Taco TRD Off-Road just before thanksgiving...drove it home after sundown, and was VERY disturbed by the limited visibility provided by the Low Beams at highway speeds. I felt unsafe (and slowed down ~10 mph). I have since adjusted the level so I can see farther down the road (and still not shine into others eyes). I have noticed, however, that this renders the High Beams---useless? Now they're aimed too high. I haven't replicated the driving situation so as to check the high beams on the highway at night yet, but...

The reason for my question is that there seems to be either a slight break, or at lease Zero overlap between the high and low beams. Can I lower the High Beams without affecting the Low Beams?

Thanks Everybody. I did do a search and waded through pages of headlight discussions, but couldn't zero in on one that addressed my specific question.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks crashnburn80! That was what I thought...just wanted to hear it from someone who knew for sure.

As to the link you provided, I read most of that a few weeks ago (an will re-read it again multiple times I'm sure).
My issue is not so much the amount of light, but where it is/was aimed that is the problem. I know there's a standard that they're set up for, but it's just too freakin' short. By the time your headlights illuminate an issue in your path, at highway speeds--you have no time to react / adjust! It's just not safe.

Thanks again. Already started reading that very informative post again!
