I know this is kind of a weird concept, but does anyone know of a wheel-well lighting system that are low-powered/dim. I’m looking for a red glow to accent my wheels, but not the high-powered shine on the ground around the truck. Thanks in advance!

Pick any LED lighting platform and add a PWM controller to adjust the brightness. You can even get ones with RF remote controls and multicolored LEDs. Just put the controller inside the cab unless its weatherproof.
