Poor running taco

    2004 Tacoma 4x4 V6 3.4l 189,000 miles. Check engine light came on few months back. Only symptom before that was slight hesitation and sometimes when I put it in gear it would bog down and die but immediately start back up. Mechanic tried to clean throttle body but wouldn't idle correctly. Replaced throttle body, plugs and wires. Ran pretty good for a few weeks but now it's starting to do the same thing. Hesitates when driving and started to occasionally bog down when I put it in gear. I put some
    $24 BG 44k Fuel System Cleaner Power Enhancer 11oz.
    BG 44k platinum and that helped for a couple weeks. I'm guessing my fuel system is pretty dirty. I'd like to save myself some money and do it myself. Figured I'd start with MAF and IAC. Should I look at replacing fuel filter and cleaning injectors too? Any advice?
