Would be cool if you wanted to mount a bunch of stuff to your dash.

    Ghetto, but works great.

Does anyone have steps and the parts required for wiring in a usb behind the dash?

@FreshMexicanTaco i got your DMM 2.0 with (2) ram balls. Slick product! I just got the taco and previously had a Jeep JK with a vector bar and 67 designs Universal phone mount & carbon arms. I purchased the 67 designs dam adapters for the 1" ram ball mount but it seems as if the vector solution isn't clamping the 1" rubber ball strong enough to not let the arm swing when removing the phone from the mount. I was thinking about wrapping the balls in tesa tape in hopes it might grip better. Any thoughts besides that i should've bought your phone mount instead lol

    Thanks

Don't worry it's simple as putting the fuse in the tap and putting it into the fuse slot. For the ground, I used the ground just to the left of the fuse box under the dash for my USB charger.

There must be something going on... everything should work fine, sometimes there is debris stuck between the two arm plates that wont let them close completely.
There are also other mounts that use 1.5" balls, are you sure your hardware is for 1"?
Also are you sure the ball isnt spinning? soemtimes the ball is loose and the reason things rotate is that...
I can't think of anything else... yet

Might as well check before I order. I’m assuming lead times aren’t to far out.

Anyone know the thread for the 1" ball? being that all my device holders are from 67 designs they seem to slip on the provided 1" balls, i know from previous experience in the Jeep that when they were mounted to the metal balls 67 designs produces there was no slippage at all and very firmly mounted. Now let me be VERY clear, this mount is amazing and all I really need to do is hold the mount when taking my phone in it out for it not to slip but im always looking for improvements. Thinking about having a custom metal ball fabbed up or seeing if any of the 67 designs balls are compatible. All help is appreciated thanks
