I don’t do Facebook or any other “review” websites so I figured I’d post something on here since they do a lot of Tacomas. When I spend $1k on something (anything), I expect a lot. They exceeded all of my expectations from the customer service to the final product. I had them do FXRs so not the easiest install, but they are pristine. Just wanted to share a very positive experience in case anyone is looking into them. Also an excuse to show off my lights

I'll piggyback on this. I just got my retros last week off of the groupbuy. They are fantastic quality and were super easy to install.

@kustom54lighting was great to work with, and took my small alterations in stride, plus gave an update or two since I was in a time crunch.

Unrelated: I am going to change to brighter bulbs for the DRL since the smoke tint dims the included ones out a little compared to stock plus the bright Utah sun. Not a knock against anyone, just a nitpick on how I want it.

Which bulbs are you going to switch to for your DRLs?

I put something like “leave DRL bowls chrome” when I ordered. I talked to Kustom 54 Lighting on this forum a lot through private messages when I was planning these, and they sent me a lot of samples and suggestions. I’d reach out to them, they’ll get you exactly what you want.

Thanks, I like them a lot, they do great work.

The look is cool, but the light output will amaze you. With the cutoff, the amount of light below it is just awesome.

How are your lights holding up after a bit of time? Thinking of getting some built by these guys.

They are still perfect. There is a spider in one, but that's not their fault. I have had to adjust one of them up slightly a few times, not sure why but it's not a big deal, it's just noticeable with the cutoff. I would buy them again from Kustom 54 Lighting though, very good work.

Nope none at all. They have seen hot and cold, rain, snow, automatic car washes. I think they seal them very well.

They look great and work really well. I hope they hold up as many others here on TW have attested to. I definitely recommend them at this point in time. I’m satisfied with my purchase and the customer service was excellent. If you’re in the market for aftermarket lighting, this is the place to go IMO. Sorry the pics aren’t the greatest. Weather in MN is nasty and truck is filthy

They look great. I am still satisfied with mine, haven’t had any issues. I’ve had to adjust one a few times but I think it’s due to the mounting of the housing and not the headlight construction at all.

Installed my HID retrofits from kustom54lighting. He did an excellent job.

I went with the mini D2S projectors. I also wanted to maintain an OEM look so I kept the chrome bowls but opted for the flat black bezels.

I also installed amber VLED Triton V6 DTRL's along with VLED amber sidemarker bulbs.
