I'm fortunate that my company has a water-jet, plasma and router machine(s). I designed it and had my tech jet it out. All my badging and some are all custom jetted at work.

Me likey. I got a PowerTray mounted in the same area though so they would probably conflict with each other.

Created some temporary supports for the bed today. I used scrap plywood I had in my shop, but in the spirit of temporary becomes permanent, I made sure to use glue and screws.

I also did ND4's Fog Light Anytime Mod. It was as easy as advertised. Thanks for the guide!

Adjusted my headlights and played around in the snow a bit yesterday. Also honestly thinking of not color matching the grill. I'm really likening how the chrome looks with these headlights. I have a second grill I'm planning on color matching (I have the paint too) and fitting a custom mesh to, so I'll still do it and switch back if I like this better.

Did my first oil change with Mobil 1 5w-30 since buying the truck. Such an easy job with the filter being on top. Only drove about 1k this year - I need to drive my truck more!!

I tore off one of my mud flaps for about the 6th time, so I decided enough was enough. I did the rears about a year ago, and just got around to the fronts today (since I tore off one on the front, yet again).

I bought all the replacement oem mounting hardware and used all the stock positions. I ended up buying a heavy single mudflap for an 18 wheeler or dump truck, or something and cut all four flaps put of it. The rears have held up beautifully so far, so I expect all four will work fine. No more mud flaps getting torn off when I'm hunting or fishing.

New UCAs. I spent about an hour cursing and attacking inner fenders with pliers and a prybar to get one stupid bolt out. Rest of the install went rather smoothly, though.

Did a rear diff breather extension and ran it into the driver side bed storage box. Also started a 12volt outlet/switch box that is going to go in the storage box. Got the 12 volt outlet installed into an old project box I had laying around. The other side of the box will get a switch for bed lights that I ordered today.
Also got my ARB compressor installed on a Slee bracket. Just need to finish up the wiring real quick. It was a pretty easy install, although I did manage to bust the electrical connector on the washer fluid bottle.:mad:

First I scraped up all the old cracked 3M protectant with a plastic paint scraper (a credit card will also work, just not as effective). Then I went and got some goo gone and sprayed the adhesive. I let it sit for about 5-7 min then started going at it with the paint scraper. Tedious but in the end came out great! Polished and waxed after adhesive removed.

Don't have JBA's but is there a washer above the spindle and below the ball joint? For some reason it doesn't look seated properly, someone who actually runs them can chime in

Fresh wash this morning and a pic of the head unit I installed last weekend, still getting used to the new features on the pioneer but so far I really like it... Can't wait for my +2 McNeil fenders to be painted and on :bikewheelie2:
