    I had the needle bearing symptoms after installing my lift. Swapped out for the ECGS bushing and recommended Lucas 85-140 non synthetic diff oil. Now I have a front end shake (in the steering wheel) until I get about 15-20 miles down the road. After that it seems to dissipate, but not go away completely.

    Has anyone else has this problem? Would going back to like 75-90 help the problem?

    I've installed several of these on members' trucks and never had this issue.
    My suggestion would be to go back and check the torque on all the nuts & bolts. I don't believe that a change in gear oil viscosity would be causing a shake.

    did the axle shaft go in smoothly? was it put in deep enough as the instructions say to do? is the seal properly sealing? did you miss, or not torque a bolt???

    Ive checked your make sure everything is tight. That’s why I’ve been looking to other options. Seems like maybe once the diff oil warms up a little the vibe lessens?

    Two quick checks;

    a) Put it in 4wd

    b) Swap your front and back tires

    Lets us know the results....
