Timming chain confusion.

Ok so I just did my timming on my 05 tacoma 4.0.
Before you read. My valves are not bent as I've done a leak down test.

I have everything fine on bank 2 (drivers) it actually runs on the 3 cyls. But bank one (passenger) no compression. I have the cam gears set correctly the exhaust dimple lined up with the nub and the intake I have the single arrow lines up with the notch.

I think I'm using the wrong arrows. But my manual says different
