Finally got some projects done. Limiting straps, extended front and rear brake lines, MOOG LBJs, and cam tab gussets. Performed all these at 122k miles. First time I've been able to get a good alignment in three years :/

curious as to why you decided to get limiting straps on your truck? Were the Kings topping out? Mine top out and it feels like I need them. Running a pretty similar setup to yours with tc uca and king ext travel.

I needed them because the UCA was hitting the coil before full droop. The other option there is to spin the coil itself till the coil is oriented in a way that prevents them touching, but honestly installing limiting straps was easier.

I can't really recommend installing them where I did though. I think the limiting strap is hitting the inner tie rod boot. Short of installing new LCAs which I didn't want to do that was the best option.

    I'm in and out :D

Had the truck towed into the dealership because the serpentine belt snapped (due to the alternator dying). I knew I would qualify for a frame replacement and my time was running out to get one so I bit the bullet and took it there. They'll probably have the truck for a while (month or so). Labor charges are $125 an hour, but hopefully

    Replacing as of now:
    -All hard brake lines (OEM)
-Serpentine belt (Gates kit Part #ACK070834)
-Idler pulleys and tensioners (Gates kit Part #ACK070834)
-Rack and pinion to include inner tie rods (A-1 CARDONE Part # 262629)
-Outer tie rods (OEM Part # 4504609340)
    -Alternator (OEM Part # 270600P02084)
-Intermediate Steering Shaft (OEM Part # 4520304021)

That was about $1,300 in parts so far, with $275 in core charges I'll get back. Hopefully, the labor charges will be significantly reduced. I'm trying to treat this as basically a body off restoration, one because it literally is and two because its body will probably never come off the truck again (at least not for free).

    Looking to also replace:
    -OEM body and radiator bushings
    -Motor mounts
    -Trailer hitch
    -Carrier bearing
    -Wheel bearing

Just had the front wheel bearing both driver and passenger side done. Then installed a set of new-to-me VooDoo Aluminum Hi Rise Crossbars with my Yakima Rocketbox. I've always loved this look and never had a way to mount it well. Pretty pumped with how it looks.

I know right. I can't believe the last time I posted on the build was over a year ago. It's sad actually.
