Last time I was able to reach someone one here the price they gave me was higher than the website and more than other online dealers. I think the days of Camelback being the go to are dead. Not to mention they don't respond anymore, no reason too give them our money when other places are super helpful. Lagrange Toyota had been great for me, super helpful figuring out what parts I need.

I've ordered thousands and thousands of $$$ in parts from them over the past few years for my many Toyotas (largest cost was parts for my FJ40). Unfortunately, they stopped offering free shipping w $150+ orders, and now charge the inflated shipping most other Toyota dealers do. I let them know they lost a loyal customer.

I now use Norwalk Toyota. More reasonable shipping and lower base prices. Better coupon too if you search the ih8mud website for it.

Camelback messed up a few of my orders, and always fixed it (missing spark plug, or wrong item sent-happened a few times too). But never expedited shipping leaving me waiting an extra week to complete projects.

Norwalk was late to respond to an order change request (needed an extra wheel cap) on my very first order with them. They responded by sending me the second cap at no charge. Pretty amazing customer service.

Norwalk is cheaper. Moreso w the referenced Mud coupon code (find it on Mud, not posting it here).

Don't go through the main dealership portal. Use the link referenced or toyota parts giant.

This error means either the SSL certificate on the server is misconfigured or out of date, or there is a computer intercepting and decrypting your traffic (MiTM). If you do ever get this, it is a pretty serious problem and is best to not hit the ‘I don’t care, proceed anyways’ button as your traffic security is compromised.

Does anyone know Who has taken Gunnys place at Camelback Toyota in Phoenix? I tried the chat on their site and it’s been 4 days with no answer. Looking for 82169-04010 Trailier wire harness.
Also asked if they give military discounts to vets? Does anyone know the answer to this?

got the answer, Camelback wanted $204 for the part and I pick it up.

Does anyone trust the Toyota genuine parts from Amazon? Are they actually real genuine OEM?

May of the "genuine" Toyota parts on Amazon are fake. This has been documented from oil filters to spark plugs. And prices generally aren't much better if at all. I'd buy from Toyota dealers directly...

The key when buying through Amazon is to buy from Toyota dealers who list there - then you're highly likely to get genuine parts; otherwise it is a crap shoot.

This can be worthwhile if you're just getting a part or two to save on shipping, vs. a bunch of parts, where shipping direct from a dealer can be amortized across all the parts.

I think anything that is "fulfilled by Amazon" has a high likelihood of being counterfeit. It needs to be shipped from the seller to control the items.

So is there still a deal going on with camelback? I just ordered a spare rim for $130 from Lum's in Astoria,OR. No yards near me had anything close to my year (2013).
