The guy advertised the shell with no leaks ever. So when it leaks in all windows after the first rain then that is false advertising. I don’t see how someone can side with him if he false advertised and swindled someone into buying a product that was not adequate to what he described.

You sure it’s from the windows? Did you replace the seal when you installed it?

Look. We can debate over grammar and other things like that. All I am saying is when someone says it has NEVER leaked and all the window seals are leaking after one rain then that is dishonest. That is a scam. You should not be able to get away with that and not have the guy you ripped off call you out for what you did.

Yes. I went and got it wired and sealed back up professionally. I’m trying to upload the video I took last night. I took some pictures but the video does justice.

Every shell I’ve owned has leaked some around the windows and I’m sure 80% of other camper shell owners will say the same about their experience with camper shells.

Instead of trying to put this guy on blast why don’t you do a little research about the best way water tight your new shell.

Nothing in the description was dishonest, especially since you picked it up in person.

My $2500 SnugTop XV leaked at the windows and corners, and I had a double bulb seal and professional install at the dealer.

I was very honest in describing this shell. If I wanted to screw someone, I would of put it on Facebook marketplace and craigslist and not Tacoma world. I think highly of everyone on this forum (except @ncosmo) as they have helped me with many Tacoma’s getting them to fit my needs

Time to start cussing out the dealer and demanding your money back.

I wouldn’t worry OP, people spend good money on leaking campers on this forum.
