    Thanks. I forgot to drop the pressure down from 30 psi to 12 at 48 hours like I normally do. Was closer to 60 hrs. I was afraid it was going to be overcarbed, but it's actually pretty close to being right on target.

    We finally made it home from WV a couple hours ago so I threw one of my dark milds in the freezer to chill to check carbonation. It needs more time to carb, but it is actually quite good. I fully expected it to be too sweet due to my fermentation issues, but I am pleasantly surprised.

    Lesson Learned: bottle the full batch no matter what. At least I have 9 more bottles to enjoy once they are carbed.

    please disregard the nasty glass. It was clean when I started lol
