What are you going to do with the grey volume button? I did something similar and hate that it sticks out like a sore thumb

Lol probably just ignore it. Was thinking of doing it red then just marking the + and - with a fine tip black pen. We'll see.

Just got done cleaning the Throttle Body.
You could tell the previous owner had cleaned the near side but once I got the back off it was pretty funky.
I should have done this much sooner as it's running noticeably better.
Of the few times I've stalled her, this would have probably cut out 90% of those.
Now If it will quit raining I'm gonna flush the power steering fluid.

They also have the driver side master switch, unfortunately it didn’t work for my truck. It could work on 05-11 trucks, from what I read, the wire configuration changed on the harness.

Ended up making my own using the buttons from the aftermarket piece and adding LED’s to the OEM switch.

Dealer installed (running boards - part of purchase deal) Weather Tech (floor liners, headlight guards, bug shield); Vent Shade (rain guards, door sill protectors); Color matched body side molding; ARE color matched rear hatch; rubber bed and tailgate liner; Ranch Hand brush guard; SteelCraft Elevation rear bumper; 4" auxiliary running/stop/turn for place in bumper; led light to light up "SteelCraft" logo in bumper.
I put on some bright LED back-up lights so that when I back out of parking spaces someone can see me. Problem is with people with their nose in the phone just don’t look. The last straw was I am backing up and the lady comes out of the blind side of the car with a baby in a buggy. I put on a 107db back-up horn. Instead of splicing, I put in a 7 pin to 5 and 4 pin adapter.

Super repairman 7 Pin Round to 4 Pin 5 Pin Flat Blade Trailer RV Boat Adapter Plug. 62A0C757-E390-4DB5-B948-6107B88E8963.jpg

The 5 pin was wired for reverse. I hooked up the reverse wire and ground to the horn with a 5 pin extension and that leaves the 4 pin for my Trailer.

edit. I try to back in parking spots but you have these idiots that wants to pull into the spot you had to drive past in order to back in.

So took out the truck to butcher Jones this morning. Perfect time to go imo but I’m pretty sure my steering rack finally gave in? It’s not engine oil or transmission fluid. 46D9100F-EC06-4827-A9AC-AF2D65831999.jpg

IMG_20191227_230741.jpg Installed a Relentless front bumper, new headlight housings. A FabFours rear bumper and tire carrier.

Edit: The extra weight up front is making something in the suspension unhappy though. picked up a corner at a time and then the whole front end with a crane at work and cannot find anything loose though. The suspension clunks like my old square body now... :( Ideas?

Edit: Noise found thanks to y'all. Just have to lower the bumper down a wee bit!
