    So my buddies father’s service was today and I drove up to pay my respects. It was a great home town service. Family made casket and vault. They had everyone that wanted to write on the inside of the vault cover one last message to his dad. One bag piper who did awesome. It was meant to be as I walked in and my buddy was walking by and stopped and faced away. He didn’t see me. I put my hand on his shoulder and he turned around. The tears flowed heavy, and he said “ I never expected to see you here” . We both hugged and cried for about 30 seconds. He and his family are well supported up this way. I stayed for the service but left as I am not from the area and didn’t feel it was necessary. He’s good people. His whole family are work machines and can run anyone into the ground.
