26lbs brisket stalled at 145° then powered right through after it hit 150°. I wrapped at 160° expecting another stall but never happened...now it’s sitting at 196° 13hrs in.

Should stay nice and hot for NYE party wrapped up in a cooler. :fingerscrossed:

Was just there Sunday and pigged out. Had their Sunday special Chicken Fried Steak...literally the best I’ve ever had and it was huge. Could barely see it under all the gravy.

Of course had brisket, turkey, and sides too. Their turkey is a sleeper...so good.

You’ll wind up judging other briskets by his. It’s that good.

I've had national competition winning brisket in Austin and this was just as good... maybe better since it is closer.

You have to go! Get the pound and just live your best life.

This is the only Brisket I will buy at a BBQ joint (at least within 3ish hours drive). I go every time I am in Charleston for work. I have a feeling you will love it!

I can't wait to get back to San Antonio for some more good eats. Next time I'll be sure to try that place you mentioned.

I don't know about "need" but just to have the engine already warmish when I get in so there's instant defrost and heat on those 2 days that the windows Frost over haha.

I was looking for them last night, but our work computer apparently blocks all the places that have the Toyota ones listed. I'll have to look on my home comp sometime. But I'd prefer an oem one.
