Happened to mine as well. I just called the dealership and they sent a hardware kit.

I thought the rear 2 didn’t need spacers and were recycled from original skid plate ?

I was wondering if that was the case. Anyone confirm this?

    Mine were long enough.

Good to know I wasn’t the only one with missing bolts. I was going to try and use the old ones, but the dealership I purchased from just sent me the missing ones.

    Installed my skid this morning.

I’ve only seen people referencing removing the stock skidS before install. My ‘19 sport only had 1 stock skid (front one). Does that sound right?

Do you leave the rear black factory plate on or take it off? Is the new one long enough for protecting past that? I’m getting one but gonna paint it MGM to match truck, the silver/grey is too obvious for me....

I left the rear one on, the TRD one goes over it. My (2020 OR) OEM bolts were NOT long enough.

I removed both, and put the TRD one in place. Came with all the hardware. I typically order from Southeast Toyota, and have never had an issue.

UPS lost my skid plate from the Black Friday sale. Let’s see how long it takes to get a resolution. Just venting

That sucks. I was super excited to put mine on so I could understand how frustrating it would be in your situation. Hope they’re able to locate it or at least find a solution to get you another.
