    Good morning all! Wouldn’t have been up this early but our 16 year yorkie had to go pee at 530 this morning.Which got the other yorkie up.We all laid back down for about 30 minutes and then l had a dog in my face asking when breakfast is!?
    So here it is Sunday morning early...

    But on a higher note,l’m happy this morning cause Clemson and LSU are in the final.Ohio state worried me there for a while,but Clemson kicked some butt! The final should be awesome.

    And just to stir the kettle a bit,this is why the south is much better than the north!!

    Amen. I'm not sure if we're lucky or not but a bit further south it's all just going to be a rain event.

    My wife is heading south to meet her daughter and fix all the stuff that got missed at our Christmas get-together. I'm going to finally take myself to a movie -- Ford vs. Ferrari. I've been avoiding it, because I grew up then and followed it all pretty closely in a teenage fanboy kind of way. I'm afraid Hollywood will ruin it. But a lot of folks have said it's a good movie. I'll soon see!

    We get together every year with a bunch of other couples to ring in the New Year. Every year a different couple hosts it. This year it's us again. Everybody is calling off! We started with 20+ and we're almost down to single digits. WTF old people!

    Happy New Year and happy new decade all! In my more youthful days I use to party hardy on New Years Eve. Some I remember clearly, some the memory is quite hazy but have been told I had a good time.
    For the last 20 plus years on New Year’s Eve the wife and I go out for Chinese food (not sure why Chinese food) , then come home and watch a couple movies. I make it up til about 11:00 she makes it to midnight. How we change as we grow older. Have a happy, safe and blessed new year.
