You could paint them but you’d have to take your time and do it correctly, otherwise they’ll flake off and look terrible, and you’ll have to redo it over and over.

Welcome to the forum, if I were you I’d look for a set of used off-road wheels on Craigslist. You could paint your wheels but it has to be done properly to get a good job that lasts. Seeing snow in your picture means that you have to do the work in a heated garage or wait for warm weather. Post up what you end up doing, we love pictures around here.
