This response is spot on. There's 2 TSBs on it, one for the axle flange tolerance, and one for the new leaf pack to address the pinion angle. Mine is a goddam washboard to the point I can hear everything in my storage compartments jumping around, and the dealership acknowledged it. Its been in the shop for 19 days now trying to figure out the root of the problem. It's done it since 500 miles with 2 sets of 265/70/16 tires. They even went so far as to replace both wheel bearings and are moving into removing the front driveshaft next week in order to attempt to pinpoint the root.

Moving into talks with other dealer staff/Toyota for this and a multitude of other big problems (diff howl/hood glue/fucked up bed & tailgate from the factory assembly that required body shop work/bed pinch welds rusting from under the paint/electrical gremlins/oil leak/chirping fuel pump/washboard braking issue/a-pillar rattle/headlights severely pitting on the inside of the housing/window gaskets cut too short and falling out), I'll likely have almost 40 days out of service depending on how long this runs out, weeks of other fixes previously and potentially the timing chain cover oil leak fix coming up.

Could get an extended warranty, at this point I feel like the one I got is a bad seed. I hope it doesn't have to go to the citrus farm. But I will if I have to.

Thanks. Not what I expected to end up with, 39 days in the shop (and counting) in 2.5 years. I've made up my mind I'm not backing off on Toyota to correct the situation.

I looked through Toyo's YouTube last night and found they keep re-stating about Tacoma's "Toyota's rock-solid reputation for quality, durability, and reliability." These appear to be missing by a mile in my particular truck.

Ironically, I've been around Tacoma's since the first gen, and if they will make it right, I'd take a replacement Tacoma.

2020 TRD Sport 4x4, just drove it home - has 14 miles on it now.

Has this issue slowly braking from 30mph.
