I’d replace the beer and co2 tubing and boil the tap.

    Other than that run it!

I need to make or by another kegerator.

I’ve been using a chest freezer and picnic taps for the last few years after my last kegerator died.

Pretty good but also a lot of why I don’t buy very many untried hazys. Alpha acid for days.

So far, so good up here. BEC took pretty significant damage though. Thanks for the lookout.

I’m still around and haven’t forgotten you all!
A few days back I was chatting with @BookieBob , mentioning that I wanted to get back to this thread, but I’ve been super occupied with family issues, work, etc. and just haven’t had much time for posts, etc, so I’ve been pretty quiet. This thread moves pretty fast, so I’ve concentrated on things that catch my eye or where I am tagged. :)

    relevant beer post -
I was at an event for the launch of:

86E4FF37-A686-4A92-BA91-5471D95A2BCD.jpg My Munich Dunkel/Schwarzbier/dark lager is done according to the sample taken today. It also tastes excellent, very lager-ish if that makes sense.

I don’t really know what to call it as I used 97% Munich Malt with the remaining being black barley for color as it’s what I had on hand. According to the BJCP, a Dunkel is not supposed to have any roasted barley at all but there is no roast taste whatsoever. I might just call it a dark lager as it was fermented with San Francisco lager yeast so that makes it not German.

Dunkel, Schwarzbier, whatever. As a brewer you can call it whatever you like, regardless if the brew conforms to the style guidelines. Love the simplicity of the recipe. I bet it will be a very nice beer.

Picked this up while in WV. I have heard good things, but we don’t get Great Lakes down here in the Carolinas. It’s pretty good. Simple spices and not a super heavy body like some Christmas Beers.

Getting the beer fridge cleared out for homebrew. This one might be a bit past it’s prime, but still solid.

My buddy made filet and lobster for new years eve, so I brought some nice beers to make some room in the beer fridge. Consequently, I was too hungover to do anything yesterday. Not pictured....Brycescotti, So Happens it's Tuesday S'mores and another Bierbara. All decent, none were exceptional. I think I need to cut back...haha
