    Hey everyone!
Been a member for a while now, and a big fan of all the positive posts on ideas and questions that I as well have wanted to ask. I have had my 19 TRD off-road Crew for six months now and have done a few mods. 3” lift kit, 1.25” wheel spacers until I can decide on the wheels and tires I want (difficult decision). I have a question I would like to ask all of you, I need some help here.
I have recently installed very bright amber fog light to replace the stock units as well have put in a 32” behind bumper white light bar. The light bar is more of a spot even though it was purchased as a combo flood. The amber pods are spots. I want to add another set of lights but not at the windshield. My thought was cut through the lower bumper in the two indented location next to the front license plate. But I have never seen this done. I do know there is some plastic directly behind the bumper but hope somebody can tell me if what would be in the way can be removed. I’m thinking of using recessed pods but with the plastic behind, there is not enough clearance. Also I would like white lights in this location, should I go flood or spot. Thank you for putting up with this long read.

If you’re going to cut into it, yah might as well do it right.
