have an 05 Tundra with the 4.0 1GR-FE. Recently developed an inconsistent misfire on cylinder 1. Happens inconsistently but almost always at idle or very low speed. Truck also sometimes momentarily feels like it loses power for a split a second and "catches" itself and returns to idle. Exhaust also makes some puffing noises occasionally. I replaced all ignition coils, spark plugs, engine air filter, battery, load tested alternator and cleaned the MAF. I even swapped fuel injector 1 with cylinder 2 and still misfire on cylinder 1. Checked compression with cylinder 1 reading 175psi and all other between 160-165psi. Not sure what else to check. Truck has 150k miles and has a timing chain cover oil leak aswell.
