I am getting a new kings set-up and I was told to get Icon AAL Kit 51100. But I see that it will increase the rear height by 1.5 inches. Do I really need this if all I want is to level the trucks? (photo for visibility)

Nope. If you just want to level the truck then you just need to set the adjustable collar ok the front coilovers to the appropriate height and leave the back at stock height.

Thanks for reply. Yes, I figure that I can forgo the AAL if I want to give the rears at stock height. But some people have been advising me to still get the AAL. Not sure why tho.

Probably from their experience, if they didn't do it before and regretted it afterwards.

The stock rear springs are pretty soft, so adding the AAL would add a bit of strength to it if you're planning to offroad it.

I don't mind adding a AAL but I just want to keep the rears at stock height.
