    Happy New Year! I'm a previous owner of a '08 DCSB Prerunner, but sold it to my nephew when I moved to Belgium in 2018. I'll be moving to Las Vegas this summer and I'm in the market for a 2020 TRD Sport DCSB 4x4 MT. However, I can't seem to find it when I'm looking for after spending a few days searching Toyota and dealer websites for the specs I want on the truck. I know there aren't many MT trucks sitting on the lots these days, so the build configurations are pretty limited. Does anyone have experience ordering a truck from the factory though a dealership?

    No, but I'd imagine contacting the dealership of your choice in Vegas would be the fastest way to get the process started ... or they'll be able to tell you if any MTs with the specs you want are on the way anyway.

    I’ve ordered a Ford product through a dealer that went smoothly.

    I had some discussions about ordering through a Toyota dealer- they attempted to steer me to one of their previously ordered trucks. I didn’t go further because they seemed to want to sell the one that was already coming in.

    I agree w contacting a dealer where you’re moving to. Call around to you get a favorable vibe on what you’re trying to do. Be prepared for them to try to sell you something different.
