Lol first world problems man. Imagine running out of food stamps and not being able to feed your children. Or finding out you have cancer. Imagine not being able to buy a nice truck and being stuck with a 2wd car.

Life isn’t bad enough to complain about the 4wd selector on your brand new truck.

Someone should build an electronic floor shifter to replace the knob.

That would be cool, shift into 4WD with your foot like you used to have to change from high beam to low beam with the foot switch. I think you may be onto something.

I dunno. We keep seeing things in new vehicles that were way better in older vehicles. Seems complaint worthy to me; interface design is important and automakers keep fucking it up.

Oh I was thinking of an actual shift handle like a manual tcase, except it just flips a switch instead of actually actuating the tcase.

Or a J shifter like the old Toyota's had? I've never reached for my fan control and accidentally moved the J shifter

I think the 4wd/2wd button should be hidden in 10 submenus of the nav screen, that way it will never be an accident. I also want my by wire steering to turn right when i want left and vice-versa

Nothing major. -3rd Gen OR suspension swap. -Trailer light plug relocation.

The only issue I've had with the 4wd selector placement on my 2nd gen is accidentally turning off my heater when trying to turn off 4wd without looking...

Trade it in for a 4Runner Off Road or Pro with a lever transfer case. No switches to worry about
