Happy New Years y'all! :cheers:Few small updates to the truck.

Relocated my winch switches to the dash. Triple sticks were in the way.

ECT switch got moved to where my rear e-locker was.

Since I moved my ECT switch to where the rear e-locker was, my dad and I made a switch panel to replace the OEM clock. Turned out pretty sweet. Having access to a mill made quick work of actually getting the cutouts for the switches. Little bit of sanding with a pneumatic belt sander and the switches fit like a glove.

Changed out 2 of the rockers on my switch panel. The switch for my lights in the front bumpers and what was suppose to be my ADD switch is now the switch for my compressor.

Speaking of compressor, I got the old girl an ARB CKMA12 air compressor. Ended up bending up a whole new plate for my battery terminals and compressor. Much happier with the way this one came out compared to the last one. As per usual, I use hardware that is way overkill for the job.

The tee and air chuck are from Milton Industries. The air chuck is one of Milton's fancy high air flow fittings so maybe it'll make a difference if I'm using it to fill up my tires. I'll still primary use CO2 to air up, but I'll still use the ARB from time to time as a way to air up, but it's mainly going to be a backup source of air for now.

I really need to redo all the wiring in the engine bay. It's no rats nest of wires, but there's maybe 8 different pieces of wire loom of all different sizes shoved behind the charcoal box and stock fuse blocks. It'd be nice to get it down to maybe 2/3 pieces of wire loom, but maybe I'm asking for a bit much. Either way, it's a project for another day.

Looks good. Wiring is tough to do clean

Yeah, I'm definitely not looking to get into wire tucking, but I at least want things to be a little cleaner then they are now.

Nice... now plumb the fitting to the fuel neck area so you don't have to lift the hood. Works great.

That's a good idea, my buddy has one in his front bumper and in the rear bumper. But I like this since it's out of the elements

If you redo your wiring do yourself a favor and color code everything.

Thought about it, but I don't mind popping the hood to air up if needed. I won't use it often to air up thought. Going to get a 20lb CO2 tank eventually to be my primary source of air.

I broke out the label maker this time around. Slowly but surely it'll be all organized the way I want.

How many tires can you fill up with a CO2 tank? Is it a lot faster then using a compressor. My cheap master flow 50 fill up a tire about every 3-1/2 to 4 mins

Let's just say there's no comparasion from co2 to compressor, lol. But there's no competition while airing up on the trailhead.

The 10lb CO2 tank my dad and I both use is about 24 tires for me. Takes maybe 30 seconds to go from 15 to 30psi. Never actually timed it, but I know compare to everyone, I'm always the first to be aired up.

Nope. I gotta rip it again whenever I feel like adding rock lights or a fast charge usb hub or when I actually get air lockers and have to wire the switch for my rear locker to work with the compressor :bananadead: this shit never ends

That’ll make it nicer and easier.
I have a library of colored wires in various gauges.

    CO2 is crazy fast.

I wish I had a nice library of wires to choose from. I kinda hate running back and forth from napa to get wires to match what's already in the truck.

    God Speed Sir!

Yea, but it would be nice to get to the point of where I don't have to do much besides maintenance to the truck and I can just drive and wheel her all the time.

You get faster and faster at it though. Eventually I will probably rewire everything, inside and out when I finally am at the accessory limit I need.

I’ve been happy with this seller and wires-
    https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/302995551056

This place has good connectors and other things-
    https://www.corsa-technic.com/

I hear you on just driving the thing and doing maintanence. After my camper I’m only doing maintenance.
Well, after RE-gear, supercharger and rear bumper. After those I’m never doing anything to it.

It takes awhile for me just because I've been slowly pulling out all the butt connectors I've used in the past. I kinda want to try the self soldering butt connectors and see if they're worth investing in before I dive into another wiring project, most likely rock lights.
