You won't even notice the difference is size. What load you choose though could have you noticing it. I doubt it really will be noticeable either way though. I did go with SL on my tire as they had a higher weight rating than the stock OR tires. Roughly 2500 vs. 2700 lbs. But, SL, C, or E should be fine.

Hi folks, first post although I’ve been a long time lurker until today, very much appreciating the experienced info available here.
This thread hits home for me as I recently moved up from my 2007 SR5 to a 2020 TRD Sport. I am replacing the stock 265/65/17’s with 265/70/17’s and have been getting mixed signals on the need (or not) to go with 2” front lifts as leveler’s and for the hard turning radius. As I heat my home only with firewood and thus carry heavy loads regularly I’m also adding Firestone air bags, which my last rig had as well, and which served me very well.
I’m going back and forth as to whether to go with the front lift’s (needed?) but also whether or not to go with them even if not necessarily needed, so as to level out the weird (to me) stock higher rear end.
I would be very grateful for any insights from those here far more experienced than I.

By the way, this is the SR5 that I just replaced. Lots of miles traveled together, the two of us and my teardrop.
