    Hey there TW members!

Just wanted to create a thread on a recent suspension build we did for a client; @sage.royal. It was mentioned he did not see many photos online of the setup, so I had the chance to snap some photos with him to put together a thread.

He recently wanted to upgrade his TRD Pro suspension. He ultimately wanted to stay midtravel and had to have the best ride. We then completed his build out with Icon DJ Billet UCAs, Icon RXT (option 2) Leaf Pack, and added King's 2.0 compact bolt on rear bump kit. Overall, it has lifted his truck about 2" upfront and a little over 2" in the rear.

Looks like they might not be compatible with total chaos secondary shock hoops but still look great

As is / installed, we were not looking to achieve much lift. We are sitting at about 1" over his prior stock TRD Pro measurement after settling / readjustment.

I see on the front coilover that the reservoir is on a relocation tower...did that come with the kings 3.0? Or is that an accessory that can be purchased?

It is not our truck, but based off my conversation with him. He is keeping his setup.

We stuck with the 550# spring since it was designed with that, and we did not want to alter the plush ride of it as is. The 3.0 co utilizes a longer and thicker coil spring as well.

You think it will sag if a hybrid steel bumper and 10k winch is added to the front, along with full steel skids?

Depending on the weight, it might.

This should always be asked to the customer if they are going to be adding any weight to the front so the correct spring can be used

It is definitely something we would need to look into. with the addition of the added weight of the full steel armor setup.

Correct, we do offer 650# / 700# coil options per King on the 2.5" series of co's. We do take into consideration hindering the ride quality of the coil selection as to the customer's current setup. As per this case, @sage.royal has no plans on adding weight outside of the consideration of replacement aluminum skids.
