Can't turn radio off.

Hello all,

I recently had body work done on a 2017 Tacoma due to a tree falling on the hood and left fender. Now I'm unable to shut the radio off. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it come to radios etc, but I know how the radio is supposed to shut off, press the button and the radio shuts off.

Now pressing the button only jumps the display to another screen. It no longer shuts off the radio.

Any thoughts?

Smell burning smell by chance and did you mess with your air before hand?? Mine has done this twice but of course it is not consistent enough to get the Toyota tech to see.

Both times, I turned on my AC and both times the radio became non-responsive. Then randomly, the CD would pop out and all would go back to normal. Super weird

 

Take it back to whoever fixed it.
