plan is tires, bumper, winch, roof rack and then slowly do the rest as I can. the nitro gears will be at the end since it will be hard to get to a shop that can install them since im 4 1/2 hours away from the closest one to Portland OR.

Welcome OP. Hold off on the gears, may not be needed with that tire size. That winch is slightly overkill, make sure the bumper can handle that 12k winch. Mods in this order IMO:
    Tires
    Lift
    Sliders
    Skids
    Bumper/winch
All the small mods in between.

Just check with c4 what is the max winch rating for that particular bumper. But yes bigger is better.

My SSO slim bumper is only rated to max 10k winch.

If you’ve got a burning desire to spend money get tires and a really good set of shocks. The stock shocks were pretty good, but Fox shocks were a huge upgrade over stock for me, and was useful on and off pavement.

not necessarily a "burning desire" but I have an addiction to not leaving things stock and making them sexier/ more versatile lol.

In my opinion, you'll want to go synthetic on the winch. Otherwise, you'll be changing it down the line (no pun intended).

And consider the OEM LED fogs as seen here. They're pretty nice! GL!

Edit: those fog lights can be found cheaper on Toyota parts websites like McGeorge or BAM auto parts.

+1 on those fogs. That's what I've got.

OP the ditch lights you chose (Caliraised) are excellent, I have those too.

What terrain do you have/plan on traversing? Thats the real question; including for winch cable.

Most guys say synthetic for weight and don't use them, so yes. If you expect rock rash, ehhh, it's a chafing liability.

I say synthetic for the safety factor. I’ve used the shit outta mine with no real issues. Just use the protective sleeve and maybe a winch blank and you’ll be fine.

I'd bite, less "maintenance" as well. Can buy a damper for steel cable too, though.
